Fundación Jocotoco has three lodges
at their reserves:

Umbrellabird Lodge, Buenaventura Reserve,
El Oro Province, southwestern Ecuador. Here you can see the
El Oro Parakeet and other unusual species such as Gray-backed
Hawk, Rufous-headed Chachalaca, Ochre-bellied Dove, Cloud-forest
Pygmy-Owl, Little Woodstar, and Long-wattled Umbrellabird.
The facilities are suitable for small groups, with room for
8-10 visitors.
Tapichalaca Lodge, Tapichalaca Reserve.
The Jocotoco Antpitta is the main attraction here, but hummingbirds
such as Flame-throated Sunangel abound at feeders at the lodge,
and you might see Golden-plumed Parakeet, Crimson-bellied
Woodpecker, or White capped Tanager, among the other 389 species
on the reserve’s bird list . The lodge will accommodate
up to eight people in four bedrooms with private baths.
Río Canandé Lodge, Río
Canandé Reserve , northwestern Ecuador. This area is
among the wettest places on earth, with an extraordinarily
rich flora and fauna. Its bird list of 363 species includes
species such as the Great Green Macaw and Banded Ground-Cuckoo.
The lodge is simple but suitable for small groups of up to
eight people in rooms with private baths.
